Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for business data collection, reporting, and analysis.

Develop performance dashboards and reporting systems for monitoring KPIs across departments.

Serve as a dedicated point of contact (POC) for backend functions like Finance, HR, BD, and Legal.

Partner with creative and digital teams on business intelligence projects initiated by the central BI team.

Provide recommendations to leadership teams on improving operational efficiency, business outcomes, and revenue growth.

Contribute to standalone projects in analytics, reporting automation, or process transformation.
Qualifications

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Preferred qualifications include:

BAF, B.Com in Finance, BBA, or BMS with specialization in Marketing.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and interest in business problem-solving are also welcome.
