Key Responsibilities (Detailed):

Building and Supporting Performance Metrics

  • Design, implement, and maintain relevant KPIs at the product level to align with strategic business goals.

  • Continually refine metrics to reflect evolving business conditions, ensuring accurate performance assessment.

  • Work alongside Product Managers to evaluate the success of features, workflows, or product iterations through quantifiable metrics.

  • Lead regular metric reviews with stakeholders to assess performance trends and explore new business opportunities.

Developing Product Dashboards and Visual Insights

  • Create user-centric dashboards that enable stakeholders to visualize product performance intuitively.

  • Customize dashboards according to feedback from Product Managers to reflect real-time, actionable product insights.

  • Ensure that visualizations clearly communicate trends, gaps, and opportunities, fostering quick decision-making.

  • Maintain a consistent update cycle for dashboards, ensuring freshness and accuracy of displayed data.

Ad-Hoc Analytical Support

  • Respond quickly to urgent data queries or analysis requests that support product or operational decisions.

  • Design custom analysis plans for unique product questions, helping leadership make informed decisions based on evidence.

  • Extract and clean large datasets from various sources to support special projects or presentations.
