Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role.

  • One or more years of professional experience in a finance, accounting, or analytics-oriented role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access for data analysis and report creation.

  • Clear demonstration of intellectual curiosity when researching and solving business problems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to effectively convey analysis results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Must have sharp analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and a proactive attitude in solving problems.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team setup.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Ability to uphold high standards of confidentiality and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.


Preferred qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year’s exposure to financial, operational, or business analytics functions.

  • Foundational knowledge of SQL or the ability to write simple queries to extract data.

  • Prior experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or MicroStrategy.

  • Exposure to project-based environments where cross-department collaboration was essential.

  • A portfolio or history of producing data-driven reports that led to measurable business impact.

  • Experience interpreting financial statements and using them for analysis.

  • Familiarity with financial modeling or budgeting tools is a plus.

  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks in fast-paced settings.

  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into easy-to-understand narratives.
