Profile Overview

• The Associate Data Scientist position in the Social Media Analytics team involves extracting valuable insights from social media data and other external/internal sources.

• This role requires proficiency in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing (NLP) to analyze and interpret large datasets effectively.

• The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, data science methodologies, and hands-on experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models).

• Responsibilities include developing and refining text analytics models, building predictive algorithms, and enhancing data-driven research methodologies.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • A fresher with Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a specialization in AI or Data Science.

  • BE/BTech or a combination of Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Advanced Analytics or Data Science is also acceptable with 1 to 3 years of practical AI/ML experience, particularly in solving business problems using data science techniques.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong programming proficiency in Python with experience using Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.

  • Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for reporting and data visualization.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying AI/ML models.

  • Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and implementing deep learning models and LLMs.

  • Expertise in handling unstructured text data and applying NLP techniques for sentiment analysis and predictive modeling.

• Soft Skills:
