Recruiting for a Remote Cloud DevOps Engineer for one of the product based Startup


Company: One of our Clients (Leading Startup in LLM space)

Position: Cloud DevOps Engineer (1- 5 years; relevant experience)

Location: India - Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployments
  • Leverage GenAI tools like ChatGPT/GeminiAI/etc. to significantly boost productivity and expand into full-stack aspects of Cloud DevOps. This includes utilizing genAI tools for tasks such as code generation, documentation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure planning

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in Cloud DevOps  
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
  • Must have a proven track record of using GenAI tools like ChatGPT/ GeminiAI, etc. to enhance their daily workflow. This could include using LLMs for code generation, research, documentation, or other relevant tasks
  • Other must have qualifications:
    * The ideal candidate is someone who has demonstrated resilience through solo ventures, side projects, or bootstrap attempts – perhaps juggling client work while building their own solutions, or teaching themselves cloud technologies through hands-on projects.

  • Bonus Points:
    * Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
    * Experience with security best practices and cloud security certifications
