Profile Overview

The Business Analyst for WHS Data plays a pivotal role in Amazon’s Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) team. This position requires analytical expertise to support the data and reporting needs of the Safety Performance Insights (SPI) BI team within the WHS organization.

• Collaborate with senior leaders and project managers to generate insights and conduct deep dives into key metrics.
• Provide reporting solutions that enhance workplace safety and drive compliance with global regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement SQL-based solutions, integrating diverse datasets for actionable insights.
• Create high-quality deliverables, working with senior team members to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure clear communication with customers and stakeholders, including updates on project roadmaps and product releases.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL scripting or ETL processes.
