Profile Overview

    • Model Development:
      • Develop statistically derived predictive models for retail banking and small business lending portfolios.
      • Perform customer segmentation and profiling using decision tree analysis.
    • Analytical Support:
      • Assist global teams in implementing sophisticated scoring models and providing risk analytics insights.
    • Industry Expertise:
      • Leverage knowledge of retail banking and small business lending to enhance risk and credit scoring frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Domain Knowledge:

    • Solid understanding of retail banking, consumer finance products, and their life cycles, including:
      • Sales
      • Underwriting
      • Portfolio management
      • Marketing
      • Collections

  • Experience:

    • 0 to 2 years in:
      • Quantitative analysis and statistical modeling within credit risk, marketing, or portfolio strategy domains.
    • Exposure to scorecard development and interaction with international business teams is an added advantage.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in SAS or similar statistical programming languages.
    • Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities.
