- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to organizational goals.
- Present complex data findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the central data team to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Participate in data governance activities, including data quality assessments and documentation.
- Act as a bridge between business units and the central data team to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
- Align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence tools.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or Analytics Analyst role (internship or co-op also works)
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong skills in handling large datasets and deriving actionable insights from complex data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for presenting data findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
- Demonstrated independence and effectiveness in team settings.
