Profile Overview

  • Role Purpose: The Analyst - LIFTROI role is aimed at delivering insights-driven analytics solutions while working closely with senior team members to learn and develop key data management and analysis skills.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Standardized Process Management: Follow established guidelines to code and execute analytics tasks that ensure accuracy and timely completion.
    • Data Processing and Management: Involves hands-on work with data, adhering to problem briefs and ensuring data quality.
    • Hypothesis Testing and Statistical Modeling: Responsible for testing hypotheses and developing statistical models while upholding model hygiene.
    • Visualization and Reporting: Use Excel or PowerPoint to present analytical findings in a visually digestible format for clients.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering: Graduates from reputable institutes with a strong academic background in engineering are preferred.
    • Alternative Educational Pathways: Graduates with any degree paired with a master’s in management, statistics, or econometrics are also eligible.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Mathematical Proficiency: A strong mathematical aptitude is required for effective problem-solving and model development.
    • Logical Thinking: Candidates should have a structured thought process to address analytical challenges.
    • Effective Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is crucial for clear communication within the team and with clients.
