Profile Overview

Objective: The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in our Product Analytics team, providing deep insights into customer and user engagement.
Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop business narratives and metrics for success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and user behaviors.
- Use data science techniques and statistical methods to develop predictive models.
- Maintain a balanced set of KPIs to assess product initiatives.
- Create data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with best practices in data analysis and data science.
Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, business acumen, and proficiency in data visualization tools.

Qualifications

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Strong skills in data science tools and programming languages, particularly Python.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Ability to independently execute, document, and communicate projects.
- Influence stakeholders during requirement gathering and data model design.
Data Privacy:
- Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.

Additional Information

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with data platforms and applications such as Sagemaker, Jupyter, Snowflake, Airflow, FiveTran, DBT.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience in data science with a proven track record of impactful deployments.
