The Analyst will join the Consumer Lab under the Data and Insights (D&I) division, specifically within the Consumer Products team of the Bain Capability Network.

This role plays a central part in supporting Bain’s consumer sector projects, through insights generation, trend analysis, and building Bain’s intellectual property on consumer behavior.

The Analyst will be engaged in both long-term research projects and short-term collaborations with global Bain teams working on real-time consulting projects.

Responsibilities will span identifying key market trends, delivering data-driven insights, and creating visually compelling presentations to communicate findings effectively.

The role offers a mix of research-based responsibilities and strategic contribution through meaningful engagement with internal stakeholders.

Analysts are expected to contribute to the design, execution, and communication of findings while staying updated on global consumer trends.

The team works extensively on analytics-driven outputs including interactive dashboards and visualization tools such as Tableau.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record is required.

0 to 18 months of professional experience in management consulting, market research, or related domains is ideal.

Prior exposure to consumer products, market metrics, or industry-level data analysis is considered a plus.

Familiarity with data collection methodologies, surveys, and analytics is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory for data handling and presentation work.
