As a Data Analyst at ABCS Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Amazon Business Customer Service. Key job responsibilities:

Collaborating with Multiple Teams:

  • Collaborate with multiple teams across various functional areas and geographies worldwide to extract business requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose strategic and tactical levers for developing the B2B marketplace.

Data Analysis and Problem Solving:

  • Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
  • Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.

BI Solutions Development:

  • Develop end-to-end self-service BI solutions to support decision-making for key stakeholders worldwide.
  • Guide business stakeholders on how to best utilize existing data deep dive and reporting solutions and be autonomous in data analysis.

Innovation and Process Enhancement:

  • Research and implement novel approaches to enhance existing technical and business processes to improve customer and stakeholder experience.
  • Develop and roll out mathematical models and algorithms to understand customer and vendor behavior and needs.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in SQL & Excel (Intermediate to Expert level): Proficiency in SQL and Excel is essential for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Candidates should be comfortable writing complex queries and performing advanced data operations in Excel.

  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, or similar: Candidates should have experience working with data warehouse platforms such as Redshift or Oracle. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation is crucial for deriving actionable insights from large datasets.

  • Experience with data visualization using Quicksight, Tableau, or similar tools: Candidates should be proficient in data visualization tools such as Quicksight or Tableau. The ability to create insightful visualizations and dashboards is essential for communicating findings to stakeholders effectively.

  • Experience in the data/BI space and building end-to-end BI solutions (ETL, Reporting etc.): Candidates should have experience in the data/business intelligence space, including building end-to-end BI solutions. Knowledge of ETL processes, reporting tools, and data modeling is essential for developing scalable analytics solutions.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and applications: Candidates should have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and applications. Familiarity with data architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline design is beneficial for developing robust analytics solutions.
