Job Summary

As an Associate Analyst in Online Support, the incumbent is deeply committed to enhancing customer experiences and holds comprehensive responsibility for the health and operational integrity of a product within Lowe's Online Merchandising organization.

They proactively monitor and address issues, insights, key performance indicators (KPIs), and processes, aiming for continual improvement in both employee and customer experiences. Their focus remains on ensuring clear communication and execution of complex omni-channel implementations, always with a consistent emphasis on enhancing customer and associate experiences.

Core Responsibilities

Building Strategic Relationships

  • Foster strong working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of execution strategies across all channels and meet deadlines effectively.

Project Management

  • Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, understanding their value, complexity, and timelines to prioritize effectively.

Issue Management and Resolution

Triage and Resolution

Production Changes

  • Support production changes by reviewing and recommending approval of intraday/emergency/expedited changes in the online product, in collaboration with the tech and product teams, considering broader omni-channel impacts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and counterparts to understand the root causes of issues and the necessary actions for resolution.

Issue Trend Monitoring

  • Proactively monitor issue trends to identify and address potential challenges before they escalate.
