Description

As a Product Data Analyst, you will collaborate with product teams to utilize data and analytics effectively in guiding product decisions. Your responsibilities will include conducting critical analyses, such as customer journey mapping and cohort analysis, to inform product development strategies and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership

  • Lead critical analyses, including customer journey mapping and cohort analysis, to guide product development.
  • Provide insights to enhance product features and functionalities.

Improve Product

  • Utilize analytics to identify user behavior patterns and trends.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement based on data-driven insights.

Implementation

  • Partner with product and technology teams to develop measurement plans.
  • Ensure relevant data collection and integration to drive product analytics.

Lead Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Hands-on Experience: 1+ years of experience in product analytics with exposure to agile/scrum processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing in-product data and conducting various analyses such as customer journey mapping and audience segmentation.
  • Technical Proficiency: 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau (or similar visualization tools), and scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Insight-driven Approach: Experience in driving product management using insights and hypothesis testing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extended Experience: 2+ years of hands-on product analytics experience with exposure to agile/scrum processes.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Extensive experience in analyzing in-product data and conducting various analyses.
  • Technical Proficiency: 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and scripting languages.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience in driving product management using insights and hypothesis testing.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $109,000.00
