All About You

• Expertise in AI model development and experience with data modeling and exploration tools
• Ability to build and deploy end-to-end ML models, leveraging metrics for predictions and recommendations
• Strong understanding of the latest AI/ML technologies and trends, including various libraries and tools
• Proficiency across the data analytics project lifecycle, encompassing data management, mining, analytics, reporting, and product development
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI (a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop environments, SQL, Python, and R
• Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills, capable of performing within a team and under ambiguity

Role

• Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to architect, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and AI/ML capabilities on large volumes of data, supporting analytics and reporting needs across products, markets, and services
• Translate business requirements into actionable solution specifications and deliver high-quality, timely results
• Establish repeatable processes to support modeling and reporting development
• Utilize tools to manipulate large-scale databases, synthesizing data insights and presenting findings via Tableau/PowerBI dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Implement quality control, data validation, and cleansing processes for new and existing data sources

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
