Key Responsibilities:
Contributing towards the Exponential Growth of the Product
At Ola, customer-centricity is paramount. Your role involves constant monitoring of performance trends to streamline the business application onboarding process and ensure architectural alignment with organizational standards. This includes:
- Partnering with product managers and stakeholders to drive the creation of a robust product roadmap.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of current and future product needs.
- Proposing comprehensive product strategies, fostering innovation, and presenting marketplace outcome projections.
- Identifying key business and product metrics for analysis and tracking.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of identified metrics, sharing insights, anomalies, and hypotheses.
- Collaborating with engineering and data platform teams to design, build, and deploy data analysis systems for large datasets, extracting meaningful insights for product teams.
What We Are Looking For:
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with:
- A strong background in advanced analytical techniques for data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with either R or Python.
- Expertise in data mining and analytics for generating insights and developing solutions, including A/B testing experiments.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- An inclination towards improvisation and effective teamwork, coupled with strong communication skills.
