We are currently seeking a Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in advancing the entire company by providing high-quality analyses, enhancing decision-making processes, and uncovering valuable insights. The ideal candidate will offer data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions across business and product areas, serving as a key point of contact for all data-related matters within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the data: Oversee all analyses, dashboards, reports, and KPIs relied upon by the team and shared with the company. Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's data to promptly and reliably address any inquiries.

2. Enhance decision-making: Collaborate with different teams to ensure that the right data is surfaced at the right time, influencing decisions crucial for the next 6-12 months.

3. Proactively contribute to team goals using data: Utilize data insights to generate initiatives that drive progress toward organizational objectives. Define and implement KPIs across various teams to maintain focus on key priorities.

4. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders: Engage with Product, Marketing, and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in technology products and marketing processes.

5. Implement methodologies: Develop experimentation methodologies, launch, monitor, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests. Strategize on making analyses easily repeatable and generalizable for future use by the team.

Qualifications:

• Sharp analytical skills
• 3-4 years of experience as a Product/Business/Data analyst
• Proficient in SQL
• Expertise in Data Visualization (Tableau proficiency preferred)
• Strong communication skills to convey analysis results in simple business language
• Degree in Physics/Mathematics/Statistics/Information Systems or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• Team player with effective interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of numbers and a strong business sense
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and challenges
• Passion for understanding user behavior and advocating for a user-centered approach in product development
