About the Role:
As a Decision Analytics Associate (DAA), you will play a vital role in co-creating and delivering solutions for our clients and project teams. Leveraging your analytical prowess, you'll uncover insights and solve complex problems, employing advanced techniques such as modeling, simulation, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sophisticated statistical models linking marketing or sales activities to financial outcomes.
- Simulate the impact of future client marketing or sales initiatives on real-world results.
- Apply optimization techniques to guide clients and ZS teams toward optimal decisions.
- Design custom analysis tools using applications like Visual Basic, MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, and ZS proprietary software.
- Synthesize and communicate results effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients and ZS teams to implement solutions.
- Assume immediate responsibility for project deliverables.
- Take the initiative to enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills, while also training others at ZS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, MIS, operations management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated academic success.
