Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a member of the Sprinklr Analytics & Insights team, you will be responsible for analyzing data sets from the Sprinklr platform to derive actionable insights and provide recommendations. Your work will play a vital role in aiding decision-making for various customer departments, spanning marketing, brand, product, customer service, research and development, and corporate communications.
- Identify, comprehend, and document customer requirements to define, analyze, and implement end-to-end solutions.
- Take ownership of deliverables and client communication for assigned customers, synthesizing data and analysis into impactful, action-oriented reports for stakeholders.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insights to inform business, marketing, and brand strategies.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and offer subject matter expertise on the best approach across messaging, media, and channels.
- Effectively communicate key findings and insights to senior stakeholders and peers, using both conversational and formal presentation styles.
- Stay updated on global media trends to gain knowledge of the latest social media developments.
- Assist in conceptualizing new analysis frameworks and effective mechanisms for highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Competencies for this role
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of overall experience in customer insights and analytics roles.
- Client-facing experience is a requirement.
- Experience with demonstrated competence in data analytics tools and methodologies, with the ability to collect, harmonize, visualize data and present the statistical significance in a business context.
- In-depth knowledge of customer journeys, journey mapping, and drivers of experiences at a large scale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as articulation skills and a compelling executive presence.
- Experience in designing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations is essential, and expertise in graphic design is an added advantage.
- Experience in working with or for social media management software/platforms is an additional asset.

- A postgraduate degree in MBA or equivalent in Marketing from Tier 1 or 2 colleges is mandatory. Graduation in STEM is an added advantage.
