Introduction

In this position, you will be part of the IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we provide extensive technical and industry expertise to a diverse clientele, both in the public and private sectors globally. These centers serve as hubs for local skills and technical knowledge, promoting innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge technology.

As a Data Scientist at IBM, your role will be focused on transforming our clients' data into tangible business value. You will achieve this by analyzing data, communicating insights, and collaborating on product development. You will leverage industry-leading open-source tools and visual resources, in addition to highly flexible and scalable deployment options. Whether you are delving into patient trends or weather patterns, your work will be instrumental in solving real-world challenges across various industries that are reshaping our way of life.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the wider team to construct, analyze, and enhance AI solutions.
Engage with our software developers to integrate various enterprise applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skillset: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Amazon Polly, IAM, Polly, Quick Sight, AWS CloudWatch, Amazon Transcribe, AWS Step Functions, Amazon S3, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon DynamoDB, RDS, Node.js/Python.
Experience in contact center development.
Design and implementation of data models for pattern and trend identification.
Collaborate with data engineers to optimize and maintain data pipelines.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in conversation analytics.
Familiarity with cloud technologies.
Experience with data exploration tools like Tableau.
