Position Description Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in data manipulation.
• Proficiency in managing large datasets, extracting, cleansing, and interpreting data.
• Ability to independently analyze data and extract meaningful insights. Skillful in defining workflows for oneself and team members on a daily or periodic basis, based on project requirements.
• Capability to actively contribute to brainstorming discussions regarding project nuances.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques, including basic distributions, regressions, and logistic models.
• Experience with advanced statistics and Machine Learning algorithms is advantageous.
• Crafting clear and understandable analytical solutions to address business challenges, leveraging domain knowledge or statistical methods as needed.
• Competence in presenting project proceedings and findings using PowerPoint.
• Comfortable mentoring junior team members and fostering a learning environment within the team.
• Assisting in Business Development initiatives, including sales collateral, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and Case Studies.
• Developing and defining an area of expertise and pursuing relevant training opportunities for the organization.
• Understanding the work methodology and actively contributing to team strengthening.
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients on multiple projects.
• Dedication to continuous learning and personal improvement.
• The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements Technical Competencies Required: Must Have:

• Machine Learning (Core ML + Statistics)
• Python

• Any Data Visualization tool

Good to Have:

• Previous experience working in the Banking sector

Education Requirements: B. Tech/BE or MSc or MBA or MTech in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or any other quantitative discipline.
