The Adobe Document Cloud Services team is seeking a talented and highly motivated engineer with a strong technical background to join our high-caliber, fast-paced team. We are looking for an engineer with extensive experience in developing low-latency, high-performance distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, product management, and other engineering teams to establish the technical vision and roadmap for the team.
Design, develop, and test large-scale, low-latency, high-volume microservices that handle millions of daily requests.
Define and champion best practices in software development, engineering, and operations for the team.
Explore and adopt new open-source technologies, and contribute back to open-source projects.
Mentor and assist junior team members in reaching their full potential.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience in designing and developing software systems.
Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.E./B. Tech.) in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering discipline.
Proficiency in Java and C++.
Proven expertise in distributed systems and the development of RESTful services.
Experience with Queue tools such as Kafka, SQS, SNS, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
Experience with caching and databases, including SQL, NoSQL, Redis, etc.
Proven experience in constructing highly scalable distributed systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.JS, etc.
Experience with technical operations and CI/CD.
Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Docker, Mesos, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring systems like NewRelic, DataDog, Grafana, etc.
