The Azure Developer Experience team at Microsoft India Development Center (IDC) is in search of a seasoned product manager to play a crucial role in developing fresh categories of offerings that complement the Azure hyper-scale cloud, in collaboration with the Open-Source Software (OSS) community and ISV partners. Our team's core mission is to position Azure as the premier cloud platform for all developers.

Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, here is what you will be doing and learning:

• Engage with customers, internal teams, and ISV partners to comprehend their requirements, identify gaps, and validate hypotheses for new product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, partners, and stakeholders to collect and prioritize scenario requirements, define project scopes, and align scenario deliveries with external commitments.
• Work alongside product marketing and business development teams to formulate partnership agreements and establish product-market fit for emerging service offerings.
• Define and execute feature vision and roadmap.
• Lead technical discussions with ISVs and internal partners to ensure that Azure offers the best possible customer experience.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams to pinpoint new offerings on the Azure platform.
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives in coordination with product marketing and partners.

Qualifications:

Required:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, encompassing the delivery of enterprise/business-to-business products within the software industry.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, OR equivalent industry experience.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on the technical design and delivery of enterprise software, cloud services, distributed systems, or software platforms.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a strategic mindset, along with an ability to tackle complex business challenges.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in defining customer-centric scenarios, crafting detailed functional specifications, and collaborating with internal and external partner teams to ensure end-to-end scenario delivery.
• Effective collaboration and influencing skills across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in defining roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for products targeted at the enterprise.
• Demonstrated excellence in both verbal and written communication.
