Description:
We are a centralized team that supports cross-functional initiatives within the Global Product Success & Services organization. As part of this team, your role will involve providing data-driven insights, managing transformation projects, and assisting with business operations through rapid analyses, communication strategies, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership: Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders concerning capacity, cost, utilization, project management, reporting, and analytics. Collaborate with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions using your analytical skills and business acumen.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define and refine the company's strategic priorities.
Business Acumen and Structured Thinking: Develop a deep understanding of our business model, products/services, and target market segments. Identify areas for improvement, potential risks, and opportunities, and employ structured thinking to solve business problems.
Data Insights and Analysis: Formulate hypotheses, conduct quick analyses, and summarize insights concisely. Present these insights to senior leadership to drive better outcomes.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives. Monitor and track performance metrics, delivering regular reports and analyses to senior management.
Communication: Create and review data visualizations to enhance internal understanding. Clearly convey insights and assist in developing executive-level presentations summarizing strategic findings and recommendations.

As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business excellence programs. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a Tier 1 Institute.
Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a strategy analyst/consulting analyst or in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent research and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
