Key Responsibilities

Carry out internal operational tasks assigned by managers or team members

Update internal documents and trackers as required by business activities

Maintain logs for different purposes including bookings, property records, communication and tasks completed

Transfer data between various tools and systems in a careful and accurate manner

Work extensively with Google Sheets to organize information, perform cleanups and prepare reports

Format raw data into easy to read and structured layouts

Standardize address details, listing information, booking records and similar operational data

Perform reconciliation between different databases to identify gaps, duplicates or missing entries
-
Write SQL queries at a basic or intermediate level to answer business questions from teams
-
Support creation of dashboards and visual reports in tools such as Metabase or Looker Studio

Help maintain existing dashboards by updating sources, adjusting filters and checking for correctness

Prepare weekly summaries for operational performance and monthly key indicator views
-
Present information in a clear way so that leaders can quickly understand trends and exceptions

Document assumptions used in analysis so that future team members can follow the same logic

Record special cases or unusual scenarios while working with data to prevent confusion later

Keep detailed notes of work completed for transparency and reference

Give priority to operational activities that support day to day service delivery

Treat analytics and dashboard building as an extension of core operational work
