Detailed responsibilities

Working with product managers

• Support product managers in selecting meaningful indicators that reveal how users behave and how the platform performs.

• Help define clear measurable targets for features flows and product surfaces.

• Maintain a library of approved metrics so that all teams use consistent definitions.

Analysing behaviour and trends

• Explore user interactions to identify recurring behaviour and potential gaps.

• Track creator influence patterns and understand what drives higher purchases.

• Monitor changes in traffic sessions and conversions through structured analysis.

• Explore industry competition to learn what works well in the creator commerce space.

Building dashboards

• Create dashboards that clearly explain movement in key product indicators.

• Maintain existing dashboards and update them as new metrics are introduced.

• Present insights from dashboards to product teams on a regular basis.

Working with engineering and design

• Collaborate with the engineering group to prioritise product improvements.

• Communicate insights that highlight usability issues or new feature opportunities.
