• Foundational knowledge in SQL and MongoDB is important for querying and analyzing data.

• Comfort with JSON, Zapier, n8n, and working with AI APIs is preferred.

• Enthusiasm for transforming chaos into organized dashboards and knowledge bases is highly valued.

• While previous experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) or backend development is not mandatory, it's a bonus.

• Familiarity with building tools and automations that plug into business workflows will stand out.

• Experience dealing with messy, edge-case-heavy data is a plus.
