The Data Governance Analyst I position is focused on supporting responsible use of data and artificial intelligence by embedding strategic, risk-based frameworks throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Practical exposure to data governance frameworks, standards, and compliance best practices, particularly metadata management.

Experience with or understanding of compliance monitoring programs.

Familiarity with laws and regulations related to data protection, AI governance, and privacy standards including but not limited to HIPAA, FCRA, GLBA, and the EU AI Act.

Exposure to financial services regulations such as SEC and FINRA is a plus.

Ability to interpret and work with technical documents, legal standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Understanding or direct involvement in AI development and its responsible implementation is highly advantageous.

Ability to contribute to policy creation, draft internal documentation, and analyze risk mitigation strategies effectively.
