  • Experience with or understanding of compliance monitoring programs.

  • Familiarity with laws and regulations related to data protection, AI governance, and privacy standards including but not limited to HIPAA, FCRA, GLBA, and the EU AI Act.

  • Exposure to financial services regulations such as SEC and FINRA is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret and work with technical documents, legal standards, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Understanding or direct involvement in AI development and its responsible implementation is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to contribute to policy creation, draft internal documentation, and analyze risk mitigation strategies effectively.
