As a Technical Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting data integrity, translating business goals into technical execution, and ensuring that data-driven initiatives deliver measurable results.
The position demands deep expertise in data analysis, transformation, visualization, and communication, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
The role involves end-to-end involvement from requirement gathering to delivering technical insights that support business decisions and compliance measures.
Your key responsibilities will include investigating and addressing data quality issues, preparing data for analytics, and helping automate data workflows to reduce manual dependencies.
You will also apply advanced analytical techniques including AI/ML, document recommendations for improvements, and contribute to building scalable and high-quality data pipelines.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology implementation, using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and more.

Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and convert them into actionable, technical stories for development teams.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, with comfort in manipulating, cleaning, and transforming datasets.
Proven expertise in data modeling techniques, including the ability to use industry tools to design logical and physical models.
Working experience in the banking domain, especially in Wholesale Onboarding or related financial ecosystems.
Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and knowledge of transaction monitoring techniques is a strong plus.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for generating insights through visual dashboards and reports.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, especially in the context of big data, Spark SQL, or microservices architecture.
Knowledge of data control techniques and experience working with structured data governance frameworks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, quality, and lineage of data, ensuring consistency across systems and teams.
The role includes performing data cleansing, executing transformation tasks, and building pipelines to support data flow automation.
You may be expected to work on machine learning or AI-based models to derive predictive or prescriptive analytics.
