Profile Overview :

  • Role Summary:
    As a Data Analyst II at Walmart Global Tech, you will play a critical role in analyzing, maintaining, and presenting key operational metrics to ensure seamless business operations. Your analytical insights will help identify opportunities for process improvement, increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

    • Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

    • Maintain and update an accurate agent database covering all stages of employment (hiring, training, nesting, and production).

    • Create and monitor Agent Scorecards to track performance KPIs.

    • Generate accurate payroll-related reports and maintain an attrition dashboard to assess workforce trends.

    • Establish strong relationships with team managers and stakeholders by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of business challenges.

    • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
      This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track operational metrics.

  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed to assess business performance.

  • Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.

  • Present findings to management in a clear, concise, and actionable format.

Database and Agent Management

  • Create and maintain an accurate Agent Database across all employment stages (hiring, training, nesting, and production).

  • Design and maintain Agent Scorecards to measure KPIs and ensure consistent performance tracking.

  • Monitor and update payroll-related input details and ensure timely report generation.

  • Develop and maintain an Attrition Dashboard to analyze workforce trends.

Business Insights and Strategy

  • Provide actionable insights to senior management to drive strategic decisions.

  • Analyze business information to identify inefficiencies and suggest process enhancements.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with team managers and key stakeholders to align business objectives.

Process Improvement and System Maintenance

  • Develop MIS documentation to ensure smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
