Profile Overview:
The Data Scientist role at StackAdapt is centered around developing and optimizing machine learning (ML) algorithms to enhance advertising performance and return on investment (ROI).
The position requires innovation in ML techniques, including creating new algorithms, refining state-of-the-art methods, and implementing deep statistical insights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and maintaining production-level code, often collaborating with Data Engineers to integrate ML models into scalable systems.
A significant part of the role includes prototyping, testing algorithms using historical data, and iterating based on performance insights.

Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data science, such as Python, R, or SQL.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, ensuring efficient model implementation.
Experience with production-level coding and integrating ML models into scalable systems.
Ability to prototype, test, and iterate on machine learning algorithms using historical datasets.
