The Analyst - ESS role involves ownership and management of specific dashboards, including category, supplier, and regional dashboards.
The role requires ensuring timely updates and accurate delivery of dashboards to respective stakeholders.
Responsibilities include pulling and analyzing historical and current spend data for baseline development.
Analysts will own and support the creation of new dashboards while maintaining and editing existing dashboards and metrics.
The role involves reactive and proactive data analysis across various categories to drive actionable insights.
Analysts will support the analytics team with templates for RFP analytics, consolidate data for metrics reporting, and assist with data modeling.
Data accuracy improvement and data cleansing/transformation are key aspects of the role.
Analysts will contribute to vendor financial analysis, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) analysis, and ISG (Information Security Group) evaluations.
The role also involves providing inputs for strategic analytics projects and supporting enrichment exercises.

Strong skills in managing and refreshing dashboards for timely delivery.
Experience in data analysis, including pulling, consolidating, and interpreting spend data.
Proficiency in creating and editing dashboards and metrics for various stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data reactively and proactively across multiple categories.
Competency in supporting RFP analytics through template development.
Familiarity with data modeling, cleansing, and enrichment exercises.
Strong focus on ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Experience with ESG and ISG data analysis is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to contribute to key analytics projects.
Knowledge of vendor financials and advanced reporting techniques.
