    • Hands-on programming experience of at least one year.
    • Strong command of programming languages like Python, R, SAS, MATLAB, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, or PHP.
    • Experience with SQL coding for large datasets (minimum six months).
    • Familiarity with data integration, transformation, quality evaluation, and cleansing.
    • Hands-on experience in implementing analytical algorithms, including prediction models.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Analytical and IT Expertise:

    • Strong analytical skills with a knack for solving complex problems.
    • IT-savvy with the ability to independently handle day-to-day technical challenges.
    • Knowledge of SAS tools like Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner, Data Integration Studio, and Visual Analytics is advantageous.

  • Interpersonal and Project Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong time management, organizational, and project management capabilities.
    • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
