Profile Overview

  • RED Global is seeking a Data Scientist with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud platforms for a 12-month remote contract.
  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in deploying AI models on cloud platforms and establishing scalable AI architectures for the client.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Utilizing cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure to manage and deploy AI solutions.
    • Developing and implementing robust AI architectures that can scale with the client's evolving needs.
    • Utilizing programming skills in Python along with popular AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for effective model building and deployment.
    • Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and interpret large datasets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • This role demands high technical proficiency, along with a collaborative approach to work, as the Data Scientist will engage with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python programming and extensive experience with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
    • Hands-on experience in working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure for deploying AI models.
    • Familiarity with large-scale data handling and data processing techniques.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Prior experience in AI model deployment on cloud platforms.
    • Strong foundation in data analytics and problem-solving, with demonstrated capability in handling large datasets.
    • Experience in developing scalable AI architectures tailored to organizational needs.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to approach complex data problems methodically.
    • Ability to work in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration with the team.
