Profile Overview

  • The Associate I - Business Analysis role at UST is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting senior Business Analysts (BA) in analyzing the needs of clients and projects under close supervision.
  • You will collaborate with leads and seniors to understand business objectives, assist in creating software requirements, and work with stakeholders to validate solutions. This role offers exposure to a wide range of BA tasks, such as stakeholder engagement, requirement validation, and change impact analysis.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in eliciting requirements using techniques like interviews, workshops, and document analysis. You’ll also follow defined BA practices and processes, such as change control procedures, as set by senior BAs.
  • Additionally, the position involves learning how to develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and other essential BA documentation. This role provides a unique opportunity for those looking to build a career in business analysis with hands-on learning and real-world experience.

    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • As an Associate I in Business Analysis, you will be expected to analyze business needs and support Business Analysis (BA) activities under constant supervision. Your work will be highly collaborative, as you’ll assist Leads and Seniors in creating and validating solution options and ensuring that project requirements are met.

    • Assist in creating software requirements, artifacts, and deliverables.
  • Assist in Solution Evaluation:

    • Support senior BAs in planning stakeholder engagement and maintaining communication.
