Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and experience in marketing measurement, including channel effectiveness evaluations.
- Proficient in Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) for data visualization and creating dashboards.
- Expertise in working with data storage and query tools like BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience in user analytics, including analyzing user behavior, transaction patterns, feature adoption, and churn prediction.
- Knowledge of various marketing channels, such as ATL and performance media, and experience evaluating campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Analytics (GA4 Implementation, Auditing, and Optimization)
- Responsible for implementing Google Analytics (GA4) to measure and improve product usage.
- Conduct audits to ensure GA4 is properly tracking website and app usage, fixing any discrepancies as necessary.
- Continuously enhance GA4 setup to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Use GA4 insights to provide actionable recommendations to improve product usage and engagement.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) Custom Event Tracking
- Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track custom events, including user actions such as clicks, form submissions, and video interactions.
- Set up and manage tags, triggers, and variables in GTM for seamless integration with GA4.
- Ensure that event tracking is accurate and aligned with the business's analytics goals.
- Maintain and update GTM configurations as the website and app functionalities evolve.
Data Visualization with Looker Studio (Formerly Google Data Studio)
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Connect Looker Studio to BigQuery to streamline data extraction and ensure accurate, up-to-date reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for dashboards.
- Ensure that the dashboards are user-friendly, providing actionable insights to the clients and internal teams.
User Analytics (Behavior, Retention, and Churn Analysis)

- Investigate transaction behavior across multiple features, including offers and scratch card redemptions, and their impact on overall user engagement.

Marketing Campaign Measurement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across different channels, such as Above-the-Line (ATL) and performance media, to determine ROI.
