Role Introduction:
- The Data & Business Analyst is pivotal in supporting the global consultancy's focus on decarbonization and electrification.
- This position is under the Director of Knowledge Management and involves content development and management.
Key Objectives:
- Enhance brand positioning of the consultancy practice.
- Develop and manage content to support various business functions.
Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Create content for collaterals, PPTs, and reports based on extensive market research and analysis.
- Utilize internal sales tools to maintain a central repository of information.
- Develop a library of training and development materials for team members.
- Establish a practice-specific SharePoint for easy access to key documents and information.
Content Presentation:
- Standardize content presentation formats, including PPTs, Word documents, and Excel sheets.
- Design visually appealing PPTs backed by industry-standard research and analysis.
- Create flyers, teasers, and promotional materials for external communication.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Draft preliminary reports, presentations, and memos under senior team members' guidance.
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of research findings, data, and market insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely availability of information.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, internal meetings, and skill development workshops.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional materials, including leaflets, flyers, brochures, social media, and webpage content.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in market research, communications, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
Professional Experience:
- Demonstrated interest or initial exposure to the decarbonization and electrification sector.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
- Expertise in SharePoint and other content management systems.
- Strong graphic design and content development skills.
- Ability to create and manage comprehensive content repositories.
