  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Director of IT End User Operations, Business Leaders, and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to enhance business communications and operational efficiency.
  • Report Creation: Develop and standardize reports and presentations for SLT members, enabling detailed business insights and actionable strategies during meetings.
  • Automation Focus: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve the overall value and experience for information consumers.
  • Data Analysis: Partner with the IT End User Operations team and central Analytics team to uncover business performance data and propose improvement strategies.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Handle special analysis requests from senior leadership, seeking insights, proposing solutions, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • Degree: Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field, preferably engineering.
• Technical Skills:
  • Data Manipulation: Proficiency in advanced data manipulation and summarization, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint.
