Profile Overview:

• Role and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a bridge between the Data Science team and target functions.
  • Translate data-driven recommendations into actionable insights for target functions.
  • Validate and communicate the effectiveness of these recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand models and methodologies.
  • Develop strategies to validate data science recommendations through standard testing methodologies.
  • Create presentations, training materials, and communication strategies for target functions.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between target functions and Data Science.
  • Develop clear data visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Track and report the impact of data science recommendations on sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience is also considered.
• Experience and Skills:
  
  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles and statistical concepts.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to tailor content for a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to translate complex data science concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools like SQL is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
