Profile Overview:

Member of Services Service Analytics & Productivity team
Collaborate with services teams to track and enhance productivity
Engage with clients to improve client retention
Work with large data volumes to uncover new ideas and strategies
Exposure to automation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
Aim: Deliver exceptional business impact through client retention and team productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
1+ years of experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualization
Proficient in Power BI, Power App, and Power Automate
Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling through dashboards
Expertise in SQL and Python
Familiarity with Data Lake and Databricks technologies
Experience in manipulating large data volumes and maintaining data documentation
Self-motivated, organized, and keen on new BI technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Business Intelligence products with minimal maintenance
Partner with stakeholders to define and achieve automation goals
Create fully automated dashboards using Python, Databricks, and Power BI
Automate manual processes and recurring activities
Collaborate to enhance existing BI products and drive user adoption
Follow best practices for BI projects including timelines, quality, and lifecycle adherence
Manage multiple projects and deliver assignments on time and within quality standards

Required Skills:

Engineering degree
1+ years of Power BI experience
Data visualization and storytelling skills
Proficiency in Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, SQL, and Python
Basic knowledge of Data Lake and Databricks
Experience with large data volumes and documentation
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
