Profile Overview:

  • Member of Services Service Analytics & Productivity team
  • Collaborate with services teams to track and enhance productivity
  • Engage with clients to improve client retention
  • Work with large data volumes to uncover new ideas and strategies
  • Exposure to automation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
  • Aim: Deliver exceptional business impact through client retention and team productivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
  • 1+ years of experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualization
  • Proficient in Power BI, Power App, and Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and storytelling through dashboards
  • Expertise in SQL and Python
  • Familiarity with Data Lake and Databricks technologies
  • Experience in manipulating large data volumes and maintaining data documentation
  • Self-motivated, organized, and keen on new BI technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Business Intelligence products with minimal maintenance
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and achieve automation goals
  • Create fully automated dashboards using Python, Databricks, and Power BI
  • Automate manual processes and recurring activities
  • Collaborate to enhance existing BI products and drive user adoption
  • Follow best practices for BI projects including timelines, quality, and lifecycle adherence
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver assignments on time and within quality standards

Required Skills:

  • Engineering degree
  • 1+ years of Power BI experience
  • Data visualization and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, SQL, and Python
  • Basic knowledge of Data Lake and Databricks
  • Experience with large data volumes and documentation
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
