Profile Overview:

• Role Location: Based in Gurugram office within Bain’s BCN.
• Team Function: Provide business intelligence support on key metrics to global functions at Bain.
• Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analytics Support: Handling both recurring and ad-hoc analytics on key metrics as required by leadership.
  • Tool Utilization: Using automated data processing and visualization tools.
  • Workflow and Dashboard Development:
    • Building new workflows and dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau.
    • Refreshing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, optimizing Alteryx workflows.
    • Developing expertise on Bain data sources for effective output.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Required: First class undergraduate/postgraduate from reputed colleges.
  • Preferred: Degree in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research.
• Experience:
  • Required: 0-4 years for graduates or 0-2 years for post-graduates with experience in handling large, multi-dimensional data sets and developing visualizations.
• Skills and Abilities:
  • Required:
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Working knowledge of data analytics software like Alteryx and Tableau.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred:
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
    • Experience with other BI tools and capability to learn new tools.
