Profile Overview:
- Zeta offers digital-first cardholder experiences and embeddable banking support.

Qualifications:
- Has completed, or is due to complete in the next year, a Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in one of the following: Computer Science, Business/ Data Analytics, Business Administration or a similar field.
- Less than 3 years of experience in a technical role.
- Strong academic record with a blend of academic, project/internship experience, and extracurricular activities.
- Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, with clear communication abilities.
- Stakeholder management experience and project delivery proficiency preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on action and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as SaaS, cloud (AWS), APIs, and pub-sub architecture.
- Motivated to learn and adapt to evolving project demands.

Responsibilities:
Requirement Shaping with Clients:
- Elucidate and document detailed client requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct solutioning workshops to understand client systems, applications, and processes.
Handling Project Implementation:
- Coordinate with product and program managers to devise optimal solutions.
- Ensure the correctness and comprehensiveness of delivered solutions.
Technical Problem Solving:
- Assist clients in adopting Zeta's Tachyon platform effectively.
- Aid in integrations using APIs, Events, batch files, and data extracts.
- Debug client issues effectively.
Skills:
- Academic Background:
- Has completed, or is due to complete in the next year, a Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in one of the following: Computer Science, Business/ Data Analytics, Business Administration or a similar field.
- Experience:
- Less than 3 years of technical experience.
- Problem-solving and Analytical Skills:
- Ability to articulate complex problems with clarity.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Experience in managing multiple teams and delivering complex projects preferred.
