Profile overview

  • Transforming data into actionable insights: As a Data Analyst at FamPay, you will play a crucial role in translating raw data into valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, demonstrating a proven track record of success in data analysis.

  • Educational background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required to qualify for this position.

  • Technical expertise: Proficiency in various technical aspects of data analysis, including data models, database design, data extraction, segmentation techniques, and familiarity with reporting packages such as Tableau, Metabase, etc., is highly desirable.

  • Programming skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or familiarity with ETL frameworks are advantageous for effectively manipulating and analyzing large datasets.

  • Statistical proficiency: Knowledge of statistical concepts and experience using statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc., are beneficial for conducting in-depth data analysis and deriving meaningful insights.

  • Analytical skills: The candidate should possess strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, enabling them to collect, organize, and analyze significant volumes of data efficiently.
