- Minimum Requirements:

- Have at least one year of experience in roles related to data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or technical operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in statistical problem-solving and data analysis using SQL or other coding languages (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).

- Experience in managing projects and optimizing processes through data analytics.

Core Responsibilities:
- Operational Metrics Development: Create, build, and measure performance on operational metrics such as productivity, service level agreements, quality, cost, efficiency, and timeliness to drive operational improvements.
- Policy Impact Analysis: Understand the impact of policies on users, gain expertise in key metrics, and conduct detailed analyses that provide actionable insights to enhance user experience on the platform.
- Analytical Support: Run ongoing and ad-hoc analyses to support site-wide Trust & Safety objectives, operational effectiveness, and incident response initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Public Relations, and Product Management teams to develop compelling data-driven narratives for key stakeholders, including policy makers and executives.
- Advanced Quantitative Analysis: Partner with data science and strategy teams to prioritize and execute complex quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that deliver actionable insights.
