Profile Overview
- Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team: This team within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM) functions as the analytical engine for the Global Commercial business.
- Role: Manager for Global & Large Customer Analytics, providing actionable insights to drive business strategy and growth.
- Collaboration: Close partnership with a diverse set of stakeholders within the commercial organization.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics to drive product strategy for Global & Large Customers.
- Manage strategic growth priorities, such as engagement triggers and product scaling.
- Provide analytical solutions to support GCS partners in evaluating and driving business performance.
- Innovate approaches to transform complex customer behavioral data.
- Communicate effectively to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders.
- Execute tasks with exceptional skills, identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, and driving automation.
- Enhance knowledge of analytical methods and tools.
Qualifications
- Required:
- MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
- 0-30 months of experience in data analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative problem-solving ability.
- Capacity to work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with Hive and PySpark.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning.
