- The Casualty Data & Analytics team within Swiss Re's Casualty Underwriting Office is a multinational team.

Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing significant volumes of data.
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Experience in meeting business requirements with technological solutions and supporting these applications.
- Strong skills in SQL, at least one programming language (e.g., Python), and reporting/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI).
- Passion for Agile principles and eagerness to integrate them into daily work routines.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to discovering better work methodologies.
- "CAN DO" mentality with a willingness to learn new technologies continually.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and apply sound commercial judgment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Basic knowledge of (re)insurance concepts is advantageous.
