  • Passion for Agile principles and eagerness to integrate them into daily work routines.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to discovering better work methodologies.
  • "CAN DO" mentality with a willingness to learn new technologies continually.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and apply sound commercial judgment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of (re)insurance concepts is advantageous.
