Profile overview:

As part of the Consumer Marketing Analytics Team, the Data Analyst role at Eli Lilly involves analyzing large volumes of data to inform and execute next-generation marketing campaigns directly targeting consumers. Based in Bangalore, you'll collaborate with global teams to handle digital streaming data, provide meaningful analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with SQL; knowledge of R or Python is advantageous.
Ability to translate unstructured business problems into tangible problem-solving approaches.
Experience gathering business requirements, transforming data, and preparing recommendations for stakeholders.
Knowledge of digital advertising data and strategies is preferred.
Proficiency in visualization tools like PowerBI is desirable.
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy, with a track record of cross-functional teamwork.
