Profile Overview

  • Manage the tech stack for the Member Experience (MEx) team.
  • Drive digital transformation to enhance member experience.
  • Collaborate with tech, product, finance, and data science teams.

Qualifications

  • Understands customer experience and embraces technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshworks, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Skilled in building automations and leveraging AI, ML, and logic.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Ownership:
    • Manage budget, scoping, planning, and scaling of MEx tech stack.
  • Support Ticket Management:
    • Create and manage support tickets.
    • Implement rule and role-based assignments and other metric-based solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate periodic automated and manual reports.
    • Provide analysis to track and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with engineering, product, data science, and operational teams.
    • Build and improve automated workflows.
  • Efficiency Enhancement:
    • Focus on reducing redundant influx through improved ticketing solutions and UI changes.
  • Documentation and Implementation:
    • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), flowcharts, and documentation.
    • Implement business requirements through effective time and stakeholder management.

Skills Required:

  • Business Analysis
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and data tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshworks, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Automation and tech platform expertise.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
