Profile overview:

  • The BCN Labs, a Center of Excellence within Bain, operates as an R&D boutique startup, delivering data-driven solutions across various sectors. We collaborate with other CoEs and Practices within Bain, working as business thought partners to develop analytical techniques and algorithms for world-class solutions. As an Associate in BCN Labs, you'll implement advanced analytics, explore mathematical depths, and deliver client solutions with oversight from Project Leaders. You'll brainstorm models, experiment with technologies, and translate analytical insights into actionable business impacts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Analytics-related fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years for Bachelor's, internship experience required for Master's.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Exposure to statistical learning models. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, interdisciplinary approach, excellent coding skills, and structured communication.
