Responsibilities
End-to-End Engineering Solutions
- Manage end-to-end engineering solutions for Machine Learning at scale.
- Integrate data science solutions into tangible products.
- Write efficient and quality code suitable for Walmart's scale.
Productionize ML Models
- Tackle model management challenges.
- Parallelize algorithms/model training to reduce training time significantly.
Quality Standards and Best Practices
- Adopt Walmart’s quality standards and recommend process standards across the retail industry.
- Research, learn, and adapt new technologies to improve existing solutions.
Innovative Solutions
- Participate in events to build innovative solutions.
- Design, build, test, and deploy cutting-edge solutions at scale.
Collaboration and Communication
- Interact with data science groups across Walmart to understand major engineering challenges.
- Identify and propose solutions for engineering challenges.
Technology Integration
- Identify suitable open-source tools for product features.

Qualifications
Competencies
- Bachelor's with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
